As DeepSport Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Consulting Joint Stock Company, as a service provider; data belonging to service recipients and/or potential service recipients, as a data controller, may be collected, stored, processed and transferred to third parties within the scope and conditions specified below in accordance with the law.
This disclosure text has been prepared as a data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

Current Rights of Personal Data Owner
Within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6689, which regulates the rights of relevant persons, personal data;
• Learning whether it is processed or not,
• If processed, requesting information about it,
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions foreseen in Article 7 of the Law,
• Requesting that the transactions carried out in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing exclusively through automated systems,
• Has the right to request compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

GENERAL TERMS OF USE
Introduction
DeepSport Mobile Application Platform is an intelligent software that aims to make users' physical exercises more efficient through membership-based paid and/or free access via internet-connected tablets and smartphones.
Scope
The general terms of use below form the basis of the usage agreement established between you, our users, and DeepSport Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Consulting Joint Stock Company (to be referred to as DeepSport). The subject of the agreement consists of the use of services that can be accessed from our website www.deepsportapp.com, other or mobile applications in every way. To create and benefit from a user account, you must be 18 years old and have full legal capacity. DeepSport is only for consumer use and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
Health Status
You must be in good health to use DeepSport. All risks arising from use belong to users. If you have had any health problems or complaints before, we recommend that you consult a specialist doctor. Training should not be done if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If there is any doubt about your health status before or during the use of DeepSport, a doctor should be consulted.
Application Usage Conditions
By starting to use the application;
– You will not provide false information within the scope of your account information, you will not let someone else use your account, you will not act under someone else's identity without their consent, or you will not give the impression that you are acting on someone else's, institution's or organization's account misleadingly,
– You will not use the application in a way that is incompatible with the purpose of use, in an unacceptable manner and/or for commercial purposes,
– Every transaction made from your own devices and accounts will be considered to have been carried out by you personally, and you will be solely responsible for all damages that may arise from the direct or indirect use, loss or transfer of this information,
– You will not hack the application, circumvent the features used to protect security and content, or interfere through reverse engineering, etc., and you will not support third parties who act for this purpose,
– You will not copy, reproduce, delete, modify, distribute, display, process, publish the contents or attempt to do so, and you will not share the contents on any platform including social media
– You will not use the application in any way that constitutes a crime, requires legal prosecution, results in the violation of laws and international agreements at the national or international level, or encourages such situations, illegal, threatening, disturbing, containing insults, profanity or slander, degrading, rude, pornographic or disruptive to public order, contrary to general morality, in a way that disturbs and harasses others, harms personality rights, infringes on others' privacy rights or private life or property rights,
– The internet connection required to use the application is your responsibility,
you accept and undertake.
